How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Large furniture items include free in-home delivery and assembly.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free pickup and full refund. Custom-built furniture is non-returnable unless defective.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! We offer Partial Pay (COD) where you pay a small advance of ₹100 online and the rest on delivery. This helps us confirm genuine orders and ensures smooth dispatch without delays.

Are all products genuine & certified?

Absolutely. All our timber and wood products are sourced from verified, FSC-certified suppliers. Every furniture piece comes with a quality certificate, manufacturer warranty, and our own The Timber Trust quality seal.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email automatically. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime and enter your order number. For large furniture, our delivery team will call you to schedule installation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets. EMI options are available on orders above ₹5,000. We also offer Partial Pay (COD).
